If you are an existing Formitize customer, your account will not change unless you want it to. The new Industry Packs include a suite of new Forms and Reports, Job Templates and communications and other customizations. We would encourage you to get in touch with our team to find out more about the Industry Pack upgrade for your industry and see how it could help you. If you choose not to go ahead with the Pack, no problem; your account will remain as it is without interruption.
The Industry Apps are powered by Formitize, so you still download the Formitize App from the Apple or Google Play Stores. Once you log in with your dedicated industry selected, your industry app will automatically power up.
Yes, there is an additional monthly cost for the new Industry Packs. It’s important to note that the Formitize platform price per user does not change, however, there is an additional Industry Pack fee that is payable per business per month (i.e. not per user).
